All Stonecrafters projects come with a Two Year 100% warranty. Our warranty excludes nothing. If for any reason, service is required as a result of anything to do with materials and /or labour provided by Stonecrafters, whatever is required will be provided on a timely basis, free of charge. Two complete winter cycles is certain to expose any deficiencies. No company is perfect and the willingness to back up your work in an honest, straight forward fashion, is the sign of honest service.

Q: What is covered by the warranty?
A: Any defect in the materials and/or workmanship for the full warranty period.
Q: How does it work?
Simple, give us a call, we will come out and inspect the work and determine the best course of action.
Q: Does the warranty cover the stucco work as well?
The same conditions apply. If there is a any defect in our job over the course of the warranty period, it’s taken care of. It’s that simple.
Q: What happens after the warranty period expires?
Should service become required after the warranty period has expired, a fair and reasonable charge will be determined and your written approval will be sought before any work is done.
